after you wash it use setting lotion and comb it straight down and yeah wrap it up especially at night so it doesnt crease. if you do straighten only do it like once maybe twice a week.African american hair?
just put grease in your hair and on your scalp and wrap it.your hair will end up with motion.
Take out any braids if you have them.
Wash your hair really well so that there isn't anything in your hair that could burn.
Wait until your hair dries completely.
Straighten your hair. Make sure that you run a comb/brush through it first.
Comb it to the point to where you can go to the scalp to the ends of your hair without any problems.
Wait 3 minutes before you take it out of the heater.
Do not touch it!
Comb and repeat step 5 until all of the hair is evenly straight.
Finally, apply a finishing straightening product/hairspray for added shine and support.
Or you can do a wrap.
first of all cut out he heat 100% if your hair is damaged and thin, shampoo , do a protein treatment once a week, and deep condition, let the conditioner stay in for 1 to 2 hours, rinse, let air dry wrap and apply saran wrap...yes reynolds plastic wrap around your hair when you wrap let sit in for 30 min and your hair should come out straight. dont use grease use oil. and hair lotion. no hard gels just mousse. no rubber bands or tight braids and wear buns and phony pony tails to protect your growing hair. stop brushing 100% and just comb hair every other day. Trust me our hair can grow long as well. and do scalp massages take a multi vitamin and drink lots of water.
yes, do a rollerset wrap...rollerset your hair with rollers, then when your done wrap your hair
