That isnn't a shampoo or conditioner, something that you can leave in.The best product that stops breakage on African American hair and allows it to grow?
coconut oil, not da hair product but da actual natural oil from a coconut sold at natural foods and organic food stores

it helped me, a lil goes a long as- way, and smells good (depending on which type u get) cuz there's some wit no scents

and honey, like real honey from bees helps

but den again, it depends if ur natural or relaxed cuz i;m natural but i think that both or all natural stuff can work for relaxed hair

The one product that stops breakage on my hair is Aphogee's reconstructor... Works like a charm. It isn't a leave in, you do have to rinse it out... But that's the only thing I know of that actually works right when you use it. (Or at least it did for me.) But, with with other products, it's kind of just a process... It's slowly aids the other products you're using.

Hair breakage is usually from the weather, hairstyles you wear, and the products you use. I guarantee you that if you stop using heat on your hair for a month, wear it up and in a bun everyday, moisturize everyday, and tie it up at night. You'll see a significant decrease in breakage or no breakage at all.
USe the Smooth 'n shine line it comes with shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in things so it's pretty good.
i think you should personally use natural products. hair grease is not good at all. and if u perm your hair dont use a straigenter get it done professional. use coconut oil
well im from england but you should have it try IC or hair placenta they have a moose or leave in spray
