There is a way. I had a friend who bleached just some of her front and I'm pretty sure she did it herself. There's probably something in the hair isle at the store. Go and check it out or go to a salon that advertises being able to handle different hair textures.

I would recommend using Peroxide. It is the safest way to do it. Apply generous amounts for a few days and you should be ok.
No. You already have a relaxer. If you double process your hair that is going to make you more prone to breakage.
Bleaching your hair will turn it from brownish black to almost white. Will that look good with your complexion?
There are better, less expensive ways of making yourself look like a freak. Why not just shave it all off?
