Stop straightening your hair because you're frying it and damaging it. You can get heat damage which will make your hair break off. I do hope you've been using a good heat protectant. Find another way to ensure your hair stays silky smooth throughout the week or after washing, like roller setting it with some setting lotion. You need to completely cut the heat out of your regimin and start using rollers if you want curly hair. Learn to live with the frizz. I had frizzy relaxed hair for years because I refused to use heat after I got heat damage and my hair severely broke off.

You can go to your local grocery store and buy some olive oil (extra virgin is best) and start doing hot oil treatments before you wash your hair. Also, cut down on the amount of times you use shampoo. If you shampoo your hair every week then start washing with conditioner once a week and shampoo about once or twice a month. Shampoos dry out the hair. Conditioners have cleansing properties so you'll be conditioning your hair as well as getting it reasonably clean. If you don't wash your hair regularly, then I suggest you start, you should condition your hair once a week and you'll begin to see improvement in it. You might want to look at some organic hair care products because they don't contain the bad ingredients most hair products contain.

Be careful with how you style your hair and try to cut down on it. Blacks have the most fragil hair type out of any race and it EASILY breaks with rough combing, brushing, and using heat. Treat your hair like a new born baby's and this will help keep it from breaking off. Detangle your hair with a wide-tooth comb when it's wet and has conditioner in it because this will make it easier and there will be fewer tangles that are breaking off your hair.

If you want to have long health hair def straightening it once a week is severely damaging to your already damaged hair. Also Blow Dryers are a BIG No-No! You should roller sett your hair and sit under a hooded dryer..then wrap your hair. You might want to think about cutting the damaged part out of your hair therefore when it grows you wont have to cut it short again because of split ends. You should find a good healthy shampoo and conditioner that works best with your hair. Every time you wash your hair you need to deep condition it to restore moisture and control split ends and promote growth. Also it is important to oil your scalp..not your hair. I use LIV which is Rather old school, but it works! Also you maybe OVER relaxing your hair. You might want to extend the amount of time before you get a touch up. in between touch ups you can wash/condition your hair braid it up then let it air dry and have wavy hair. I recently started doing that so I wouldn't have to use heat. Any type of heat is damaging to your hair which is why you want to limit it. Also you might want to put a pic of your hair so we can see the damage you're talking about
Well if your trying to get healthy permed hair or natural hair you need to make sure you condition it and i would suggest a hot oil treatment once a month. Make sure your not overdoing your perm you should only go when there's new growth. When you straighten your hair use a heat protectant spray or serum i would suggest the ic serum. Some good products are infusium 23 or herbal essence. Also remember to cut your hair id say maybe every 3 months. Hope that helps =)
I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don't you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier.
