How do you grow long african american hair in just a few months?

the product that i am using now is carol's daughter lisa's hair elixerHow do you grow long african american hair in just a few months?
*Vitamin- Biotin, Chlorella, Vitamin E

*Exercise Daily - Helps increase blood circulation.

*Replacing Shampoo W/ Conditioner - Shampoos, even if it claims to be 'conditioning' will almost always dry out your hair to some extent, causing are already naturally-dry hair to be more prone to tangles and breakage. ';Co-wash'; (wash hair with shampoo) instead.

*Massaging Your Scalp - Also helps blood circulation, awakens your follicles.

*Carefully Combing/Detangling - Black hair is naturally VERY fragile, relaxed or not. Often running a comb through it can break it, damaging it, making it shorter. If you must detangle, detangle when your hair is wet, and soaked in conditioner. Comb from the ends to the root.

*Be careful as to not use too much product on your scalp. (Oiling, 'greasing' your scalp is not necessary, you hair will produce it's own natural oils) Too much product on the scalp can clog the pores.

*Sealing - Oil is a sealant (not necessarily a moisturizer), so after you condition, seal the moisture with something like Avocado Oil or Olive Oil. This will help the mositure last longer.

*Get trims once every 10-12 weeks if your hair is natural, every 6-8 weeks if your hair is relaxed.

*Read the ingredient list - ingredients such as petroleum jelly (vaseline, used in a lot of products in the Black market), alcohol (used in some shampoos and oil sheen, dires out hair) should be avoided.

*Wear protective styles often to retain your length, helping it stay long

- Wig/Half Wig (http://www.youtube.com/muffinismylovers has tutorials)

-Braids/Micros

-Quick Weave (as long as no glue touches your hair, [use seran wrap]!)

-Sew In Weave (make sure it is taken down professionally and a net is used)

- Phoney Ponytail baggy method (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5fXmaiDj鈥?/a>

*Great kitchen products to put in your hair

-Olive Oil (good sealant)

-Honey (smoothes hair, makes it softer and easier to manage [rinses out great])
