How to make African American hair grow faster?

I heard that your hair will grow faster if you dont have a perm or relaxer. Well I have a relaxer, I only get it done every 2-3 months and it's a organic relaxer, but my hair seems to never grow past my neckline.Any tips? How to make African American hair grow faster?
Hair will never grow faster. Its always grows at the same rate, no matter. There are things you can do to make sure your hair does grow and not break off such as wrap your hair every night, condition it regularly. Even better go and get braids or twists, just something that will stay in your hair for a couple months. You will then def. see the growth. How to make African American hair grow faster?
These are the tips that i suggest you should use.

*Don't wash you hair everyday, wash it at least once or twice a week.

*Cover your head with a silk scarf or if you don't have a silk scarf use a silk pillow case.

*Condition your hair at least once a month, i suggest to make it dry naturally rather than rinsing it.

*Trim your hair monthly this will stop split ends and also it will make your hair grow faster- trust me it does, try it! :)

*Take vitamins and oil you scalp at least twice a week, this makes your hair healthier.

*Don't do your hair in a too tight ponytail this will make your hair to start falling off!

*Some people say your hair grows 1 inch or 1 inch and a half a month but that is not at all true the more you take care of your hair, the more it will grow.

*Eat loads of greens, fruits and vegetables such as; spinach, apples, carrot %26amp; much more.

*I suggest to aviod iron straightners and curlers especially for arfican-american trype of hair- it could damage your hair

*Follow these instructions and you will see a MASSIVE difference in just a month.-Try it!

Well the one thing you need to make sure you do everyday is moisturize your hair everyday. Get some kind of hair food or hair grease but make sure none of them contains any oil or petroleum because that's not good for our hair. then you should always make sure your doing some kind of active excersise about 30 minuets a day. Then there comes the healthy diet so make sure your getting the proper amount of servings from each food group. Trust me I used to have a pretty crappy diet and I used to not grease my hair every day and my hair was unhealthy so I started exercising more and eating right and moisturizing my hair and know its back on track.
I would suggest taking a multivitamin with b-complex to speed up hair growth. Also, make sure that you are drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water each day to keep your scalp healthy and hydrated. Regular trims (about every 6 weeks) and less stress (gentle on the blow drying and flat irons) on the hair are also important to growing black hair.
Thats definitely 100% wrong. It doesnt matter if you have a chemical or not in your head on average a persons hair grows a 1/2'; a month. Maybe you are not taking care of your hair in between relaxers. Do you moisturize your hair everyday? do you wash and deep condition at least once a week? do you take vitamins? if not then you need to get a hair regimen
