What is a good deep conditioner for African American Hair?

I have a good grade of hair; I'm mixed with indian and black. My hair is naturally curly and I made the mistake by putting on a perm. My hair is breaking off now and I have split ends. My hair use to be thick and long, now its about 3inches below my shoulders and its thinning.
